  Horrible experience every time.
  1. Inside of the store always smells like mold.
  2. They are always low on or out of items you are looking for.
  3. I was told multiple times that they cannot accept my Federal issue passport as a photo ID (I don't have a State ID or DL).
  4. When getting cash back, I specifically asked for $1 bills and was told they "did not have change yet"... 2 minutes after the store manager dropped several $1 bills on the floor while giving change to someone else...

  Honestly this 7-Eleven is disrespectfully bad. It's the worst 7-Eleven that I've ever been to in terms of both quality of customer service and physical store. Only about half of the gas tanks have functional card readers, and literally none of them are ever loaded with receipt paper at any point in the day. For some reason, all the 7-Eleven's in this area are this way with the receipt, but at least their pumps work. The staff here are completely unprofessional and often times rude, I have on a few occasions waited at the register without being seen for over four minutes. Another time a employee literally launched into an aggressive rant about a customer that was at the register prior to me to everyone else in line who left his ID in the car. If the 7-Eleven was not directly next to my apartment, it would be a guarantee that I would not visit it and next year when I no longer live there, I will be avoiding it at all costs.
