  My experience here is usually great, however this morning was not so great! Fortunately for her I dont know her name. She was the one making the orders. Short short hair female.
  I am a bartender and server and have been working with the public for more than 15 years.
  Lesson #1. Even if the latte does not come with sugar it is common courtesy to ask, "would you like sugar?" not let the customer hear that they latte doesnt come with sugar.
  I also irdered a frozen hot chocolate for my daughter and came with no whip cream.
  Moral of this story and review, if you work with the public be the best you can be. No matter what the situation is.
  If you can't take the heat, stay out if the kitchen.
  I hope her day gets better!
