  Until this morning this was the only place I'd go and get donuts. The donuts are very good. This morning though, as usual, I ask for "assorted cream and jelly filled donuts". I tell the girl after she hands me the box of all assorted donuts that this is wrong. She essentially told me that it's okay, they'll get it right next time; pay me! I gave the card, in sort of a daze as it's too early for this BS, and paid. Goodbye DD and hello KK. Customer service is more important than your donuts. This customer will NOT be back!

  I've had countless awful experiences at this location. I gave this store many chances but I will not go back unless I have the time to go inside and ensure my order is right. I don't like to complain but I've wasted so much money and money at this place.
  
  - ordered 2 wake up wraps, my boyfriend opened the bag after we were down the road and it was just a bagel
  - went in to get a dozen donuts for my colleagues, waited 10 minutes, then when they handed me the box, the bottom of it we covered in glaze. Had to wait for them to repackage it because I wasn't putting that in my car
  - this morning I ordered just a small, French vanilla coffee, black. Didn't try it until I was almost to work and it definitely wasn't black, it was extremely sweet, not even drinkable
